I just finished the 7th book (again), so I've re-read the whole series now. Still loved it as much as the first time.
Very curious to see what you think as you move through the next five books, Kealan.

So, I recently bought books 1-4 of Stephen King's DARK TOWER series (THE GUNSLINGER, THE DRAWING OF THE THREE, THE WASTELANDS, and WIZARDS AND GLASS). I've already finished THE GUNSLINGER and enjoyed it, but things really seem to be kicking into high gear with the second book and the introduction of "the three". Have you read the DARK TOWER series? (I'm assuming everyone has), and if so, what did you think of it? And did you know that there are plans for an eighth DARK TOWER book, tentatively titled THE WIND THROUGH THE KEYHOLE? Kealan |

The first four books kicked ass! They were fantastic reads, then the next two really bogged down for me, but the last one redeemed the series for me. What a ride that series was. And the ending...for me was maddening and perfect. Tt |

I loved it - my favorite series of all time. In fact, I'm about 650 pages into book 7, and once I'm finished, I will have read the entire series twice. |

Hi Craig: I did, and I loved it. A much more complete book than THE GUNSLINGER, I thought. I'm taking a break from the series to read King's UNDER THE DOME now, then on to THE DARK TOWER III: THE WASTELANDS. Kealan |

The Waste Lands is one of my favorites of the series, along with #7. |
