Thanks Tt for sharing this phenomenal experience. I have to commend your writing. I felt the joy through it, and it was almost as good as being there.

I've been rereading what I wrote in small doses, and man, did I make a lot of typo's and screw up's. I got tired of trying to fix them. I am not going to go back and fix them later either, the essence of what I felt and went through still comes out in the posts, and really, thats all I wanted to convey before I started to forget most of it. It's funny, I started to remember other stuff while rereading, but I think enough is enough.

And right now I'm sitting here at work struggeling to keep my eyes open. These last 5 days have been great, but I have not got a lot of sleep between the hotels, being wired, writing these posts, and trying to catch up at the house. I am going to bed early tonight thats for sure.

What I might do though is post the books I won in the raffles later tonight, if I remember.

Just wanted to drop in and say that Tony's a great guy with a lot of interesting stories and perspectives of his own. At one point Gerard and I were arguing over him, saying, "He's MY fan!" "No no, he's MY fan!" Finally we settled on him being "Our Fan." He's always been generous with a kind word on these boards, and it's also true in the meat world as well. He was nice enough to shuttle my fat ass around a bit and I appreciate it. So glad he had a blast meeting us because I know we had a blast meeting him as well. Thanks again, man!

Excellent con report, Tony. I definitely enjoyed meeting you. Your enthusiasm for the genre was inspirational and refreshing. There is a lot to complaign about in publishing and in the world, enough to make us all cynics. It's good to meet someone who can still appreciate the art of fear.
