I read Mile 81 by Stephen King tonight on my new Kindle.
I'm still alive, so either the Kindle isn't completely evil, or it just takes time to seep in.

I pretty much agree exactly with Dave on Mile 81. I really enjoyed the story up until the last couple pages. The ending was downright goofy. I would recommend it like I would a Bentley Little novel. Enjoy the ride, but be prepared for the sub-par ending. You can easily read it in one sitting, though (it's about 80 pages), so it's worth it I think. |

Congrats, Craig. I've promised to buy myself a Kindle on my birthday this summer - but I think that my wife may have gone ahead and bought one for me. She recieved a mysterious delivery from a courier last week and has been grinning ever since. Here's hoping. |

Whoops. I goofed on the Kindle guess. That'll have to wait until my birthday this summer - but my back is going to appreciate the new Lazyboy recliner I'm getting after Christmas - (we're just waiting for the usual wave of After Christmas sales to hit) |
