I agree also; the sheets are nice, but in no way are they a consideration. I am still keeping "dibs", sheets or no sheets! |

I had a few people email me privately about this as well. Thanks everyone for the feedback. It appears to be a divded issue. Some really want it, a few more don't care, and a couple are on the fence. Not every project will feature a manuscript page (the new Wilson novella for instance), but we'll more than likely keep doing them when we can. Though I am still bummed I haven't found a better place to put the pages. The trays are never the same exact size so it's hard to fit them there every time. Also paper size varies by country. Which I didn't know until I started getting Lebbon's manuscripts! LOL I just can't bring myself to fold the paper in half and put it with the book. Though I have wanted to do that many times. A tough call, but I sure do appreciate all the input folks. |

Don, I know how difficult the manuscript pages can be to include in the lettered package my friend and I know everyone including myself applaud your efforts. However I would say that for me as both a collector of NEC lettered editions and seller of them the manuscript pages are a bit awkward both to ship and to store on the bookshelf. I've noticed the same thing when we ship out original artwork with our books. Larry Roberts |
