I also have the original oil painting by Caniglia entitled " Death Descends From The Night Sky", it measures 48" tall by 36" wide. My kids call it the "Zombie Painting"

The cross was included as a little extra item. It goes inside the NEP handstamped box. Reasoning? Well from time to time we like to include a little extra item with our lettereds that goes in direct line with the story. Like most of our trays, it's designed after the overall theme of the book. For this one since it involved what seemed like THE RAPTURE and religious undertheme Brian thought it would be cool to have a broken cross. And I put the NEP hand in the middle as I'm burning already when I die so why not make sure I get a good place down there, right? LOL

Thanks for the info Don. I received this and the Turtle Boy lettered on the same day and liked all the addtional stuff that was included. I was just interested in the back story. |
