An extremely short bio about me and how I got to know Edward Lee: I been a faithful reader of Mr. Lee for about 13 wonderful years. And I have read everything Mr. Lee has ever put down. And yes that includes his earlier Nightbait and Nightlust. I discovered him while waiting for my team to install some servers and security systems at a Barnes and Noble, while waiting patiently, there was a book that caught my attention. It seemed like a fallen angel opening his arms downward and smiling, surrounded by fire. The title was City Infernal. And being that my most favorite book is Paradise Lost. I had to read it. It was the beginning of 2003 and I got so engrossed in his writing that I learned everything I could about his works. At the time I worked as a Systems Admin and part time staff writer for Los Angeles times. And I found out that he was going to be at World Horror Convention in Kansas City. By this time I already made friends with John Turi (no idea what happened to this guy) co-owner of Medium Rare Books , why they ended in bad terms? I will never know. But I heard it was over royalty checks. But it was Teratologist medium rare edition, I have 4 HC copies of this NFS, that I absolutely felt for Ed Lee's writings. And I got introduced to one of the scariest and coolest guys in the field, Wrath James White. Around this time I was a bit of a book lover, about 8K books to my name. And now, I am the living embodiment of a bibliophilic hoarder. I have over 14K books, I recently bought a house with all the blood sweat and tears of work and BS I was able to afford a house with a library. And that I guess makes me very happy. I am still reading Ed Lee' But while I never sold any books, because for me, I could never ever do that. Especially Mr. Lee's work. It feels wrong, now I have tons of extras. Which I will never ever let go of. I have 2 hardcover necro The Bighead, again, one I keep crisp unopened, but the other, yes I read numerous times. It is one of those books that makes me smile. And lots of extra letterheads too. But one that I am considering letting go, and for cheap because I have 3 hardcover copies is of Splatterspunk The Micah Hays Stories. Now this one I can let go for cheap. I really don't need the money. And if I can help anyone with their collection, well as a bibliophile, well that makes me happy. If you are interested email me at wolf 819 at Hotmail. No spammers please, I understand that this is a hard copy to get but if you are interested let me know. Or email me here if its easier for you. Anyway, the book I am reading right now, is Going Monstering and I just finished the Black Train. Awesome. I am still waiting for Trixie with Coop Mr. Lee. Yes, I know but that has a nice ring to it. Thank you for reading this and well for your written word Edward Lee. And thank you all. |

Z420: wow, that's what I call literary enthusiasm! Thanks very much for your steadfast interest and support! Regrettably, my output of late has been piss poor due to multiple cruxes but I can promise there will be more Edward Lee's down the road to add to your hoarding canon! Thanks very much and take care, Best Edward Lee |

Don't like to moan but trying to help others save their money. I have bought and traded with many people on here over the years some being JPokela/Babaganoosh/Jizzlefinger and other and had no problems. I paid for one of these books 3 months ago and have yet to see it!!! I had a few emails but even those have dried up now. Be warned don't trade with this fella. If my parcel does eventually turn up I will remove this post but given my previous experiences on here I know stuff from the USA to the UK doesn't normally take 3months to get here. My last email said that it was shipped 2weeks ago and that was 6weeks ago. A total of 8weeks ago. Not good. Shame on you! ![]() |

It was a hardback Splatterspunk. It still hasn't arrived. I am not holding out too much hope for that but I'll keep my fingers crossed. ![]() |

Well after many ignored email I finally get a reply. He is off somewhere exotic tracking down a copy of Paradise Lost bound in human flesh, yeah right. He can't understand where my book is, he'll issue a full refund and send another copy of the book when he returns. I guess he has been eaten by cannibals as there is still no book or refund. Keep smiling. ![]() |

I'm really pissed about that. I wish I could find a contrib copy so I could give the fucker to you. I hate it when fans get ripped off paying inflated prices for my stuff. I'm very sorry that happened. Edward Lee |

Cheers Ed, you're a top guy. If you ever come across a copy in your stash I would be more than happy to cover postage etc. Nothing from the other guy Zombied... He has sent a few more bullshit emails with excuses but still no book or refund. Finger crossed but I am not hopeful. |
