Hope you all and your families have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Regrettably I won't be celebrating by having the traditional element of turkey; however, I'll be having a little of what you might call turkey of the sea: stone crab, snow crab 6 count shrimp, oysters, and soft shell clams. Wanted to mention, too, that I recently saw Sinister 2, and thought it wasn't as impacting as the first one, it was very good I thought. Also saw The Visit by M. Night Howeveryoupronounce his name, and it was one of the most unique and original found footage flicks I've ever seen. Watched Green Inferno, I guess Eli Roth's tribute to flicks like Cannibal Ferox and Cannibal Holocaust, and, well, it was way too Hollywooded up for me but had some moments. Still haven't seen Paranormal 6 which for some outrageous reason was not released at my local theater. Still working steadily on White Trash Gothic, which is rekindling my creative fuse, and also still shooting film scenes for a new flick. Yesterday I did some great "naked chicks with no heads" shots and one quite comely girl giving birth to my head, thanks to the magic of green screens. Happy turkey day to you and the rest of your fans out there, Ed - I'm thankful for the hours of morbid reading you've given me. Any ETA on White Trash Gothic? I know you're still raping your muse, but 6 months? A year? I know it'll be awesome however long we have to wait. Thanks for all you do. |
