Thanks for the suggestions you all. I figured out how to do pictures, so all the reviews now have cover scans. Books reviewed there are now Hobgoblin Spawn Lunar Justice Shapers Blood Rite Night Things Heads There are few books that I've read that I haven't written reviews, but that's what's posted at http://lostlore.blogspot.com |

I read your review of Hobgoblin which was a book that I liked as well. My version had a different cover though. they actually have a hideous looking hobgoblin on it. Good review on Night Things too. Believe it or not, when I list my all time favorite novels in order (excluding anthologies) , that book is #1 for me. That's right I rank it even higher than my Ramsey Campbell and Dan Simmon's books. My top four are: 4- Incarnate by Ramsey campbell 3- Summer of Night by Dan Simmons 2- Night Stone by Rick Hautula 1- Night Things by Michael Talbot ![]() If you get to read The Occult Madonna by Douglas D. Hawk, I think that one would fit in good along side the others you have so far. I'd be very curious to see what someone else had to say about it. ![]() |

Nice blog, Rich. Any chance of reviewing a few of those Rick Hautala novels from Zebra ? |

I'll have to find them first. One of the unwritten rules to that blog is that the books have to appear at the local used book stores. (Where I can trade for store credit) Since you ask, however, I will keep an eye out. And who knows, when my current unemployment comes to an end, I might be able to afford shopping at ABE again. ![]() |
