Hey Mark,

Nice job on the latest POH! The Call of Kalanta was terrific as always - loved the Horrorfind recap. I somehow managed to avoid Nanci's mystery bottle at HF (as well as the vials labeled 'Tooters' ) Heck, I think everyone at that patio party could drink me under the table (even Kelli's sister!)

Great interview with Skipp (while jaybird neekid and pacing...? Rock ON, dude!) I'll definately be on the lookout for 'Long Last Call' at my local bookstore. Looking forward to 'Animals', as well!

Really enjoyed your interview with Adrienne Barbeau. At last March's HF I gave her that very same poster (which outsold that twig Farrah at one point) which I had kept squirreled away in my bookroom all these years. (Too dicey to leave it up around the wife and daughter!) She seemed tickled to get it (which made it all worthwhile!), and said that she didn't have any copies anywhere. BTW, her autobiography is unlike anything I was expecting - she's truly a remarkable lady. We could all learn a thing or two about life goals, work ethic, and motivation from her example.

Now if I can just figure out the POH contest...

I look forward to hearing it but with the holliday weekend, it may be Tuesday before I get to. It's always great to listen to a new POH!

Also btw, if anyone listens to the podcast, 'The Horror', which plays old radio programs that are horror based, the most recent episode where he thanks Matt for requesting The Hermits Cave stories, that's me!

Happy POH anniversary, Mark, Scott, Nanci, et al!

Great, great, great show! Talk about Jam-Packed. I especially enjoyed the long interview with Skipp. It's fascinating and rare to hear such an in-depth conversation with such an influential author. Loved it!

(My only complaint is that I can't seem to get that Johnny Gruesome Rigormortis tune out of my head since listening...)
