What the heck is a podcast?

A podcast is nothing more than an audio show that is downloaded and played on a computer or iPod. The file sizes for our shows generally run between 12 and 20 megabyes, so they can take some time to download on slower connections.

How do I listen?

The best way to download and listen to our shows is with iTunes, a free program for both PC and Mac. iTunes can download new episodes automatically, and it makes it easy to organize and find past episodes. Click here to download it. Once you've installed iTunes, click here to see our podcast feed.

Alternatively, you may download individual shows directly from our web site. To do so, right-click the download link (Control-click for Mac users), and save the file to your Desktop. Then, you may listen to the files with any program that supports MP3 playback. You can find a complete list of all shows and download links on our podcast page.
